Project Manager - Hire (Trane)

Manage HVAC and process cooling projects by coordinating equipment procurement, subcontractors, and site visits to deliver technical solutions for sales teams and customers. Build relationships with stakeholders, produce costings and quotes, and review new projects to finalize designs. Produce detailed project plans, troubleshoot engineering scenarios, and manage installations and commissioning to ensure technical standards and health and safety compliance. Coordinate resources, assign responsibilities, and maintain financial control over budgets and costs while filtering design flaws. Requires intermediate project management with commercial experience, CAD proficiency, and ability to travel nationally and internationally.
