Project Manager - Highway/Roadway Design

Manage, produce, and deliver complex highway design projects in New Hampshire from inception through the advertising phase across design-build, federally funded, state, municipal, and local transportation initiatives. Coordinate with NHDOT, municipalities, utility companies, and stakeholders throughout development while assisting with proposals, contracts, scope development, and cost estimates. Lead and support the design of highways, roads, drainage, utilities, and environmental permitting in accordance with New Hampshire standards, reviewing documents for quality assurance and mentoring junior staff. Participate in professional development and public presentations at state and local meetings.
