Project Manager - Highway/Roadway Design

Manage highway design projects from inception through the advertising phase, coordinating with NHDOT, municipalities, and utility stakeholders. Lead interdisciplinary teams to develop geometric layouts, grading, drainage, and environmental permits while producing scope proposals, cost estimates, and technical specifications. Review project documents for quality assurance and mentor junior staff on conformance with New Hampshire and federal standards. Handle multiple concurrent projects across design-build and federally funded initiatives, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and invoicing requirements.
