Job Summary
Direct responsibility for luxury residential projects from preconstruction through construction execution, with oversight of budgets, project documentation, and subcontractor contracts. Coordinate with the design team and customer, report to senior management, and ensure timely completion of large-scale luxury jobs. Requires proven PM experience (10+ years) with a minimum of 5 years in high-end residential work in NYC, and a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent education/experience. Strong teamwork, deadline discipline, cost control, and attention to detail are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of project management experience.
- At least 5 years managing high-end residential construction projects.
- Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management degree or equivalent education and experience.
