Project Manager (High-End Resi AV, Lighting, Shading, Control)

Project Manager in the high-end residential AV/LV space leading on-site planning, coordination, and execution. Primary point of contact for clients, in-house staff, other trades, GC, architect, and reps. Responsible for understanding and delivering the scope of work, planning and distributing plan sets/blueprints, managing change orders, and ensuring work meets SOW and company standards. Requires field-oriented, hands-on leadership on construction sites with strong collaboration across teams, subs, and stakeholders; duties include troubleshooting, coordinating with third parties, and maintaining hours within budget while driving quality and timely delivery.
