Project Manager for High-End Residential AV, Lighting, Shading, and Control on construction sites in Kihei, HI. Responsibilities include understanding, delivering, and troubleshooting as needed; act as primary point of contact with clients, in-house staff, other trades, general contractor, architect, and reps; manage project timeline/scheduling, read plan sets/blueprints, and coordinate change orders from creation to approval and payment; ensure work meets SOW, plans, company standards, and client expectations; monitor actual hours to stay within budget; issue work orders to the team and coordinate with third parties; maintain status updates in project management software (e.g., iPoint, Zoho, DTools); supervise technicians and mentor their professional development; ensure quality control and timely communication; requires AV/LV PM experience and relevant certifications.
