Job Summary
Support projects from preconstruction through closeout by maintaining documentation, tracking budgets and schedules, and coordinating subcontractors and vendors. Manage project startup and closeout activities while communicating progress to clients, leadership, and internal teams. Lead negotiations on contracts and change orders, mentor junior managers, and ensure all projects complete safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience supporting or managing commercial and/or luxury construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, project financials, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative team player
