Job Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery of retail fixture projects across APAC markets, from initial client briefs through production, shipping, and final invoicing. Own the full project lifecycle including supplier selection, production tracking, quality control, and site surveys to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence. Coordinate sea and air freight from China into regional markets while negotiating costings, lead times, and selecting appropriate suppliers. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical input on materials and construction, preparing quotations, and managing project budgets and profit analysis. Work closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners, ensuring all activities are recorded in company tools and compliance documentation is maintained. This role operates on a blended basis between the Hong Kong office, client sites, and home, requiring travel for site visits and occasional work outside normal hours. Fluent English is required, with Mandarin and Cantonese preferred for supplier communication.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project or account management within retail fixtures, store fit-out, furniture manufacturing, shopfitting or POS/display production
- Fixture or fit-out experience is essential
- pure print backgrounds are not a fit
- Experience managing manufacturing suppliers in China
- Experience with factory visits
- Experience with QC
- Experience with production follow-up
- Working knowledge of sea/air freight
- Working knowledge of Incoterms
- Working knowledge of customs processes for APAC markets
- Ability to read technical drawings
