Job Summary

Independently manage multiple small to mid-size architectural projects from concept through completion, overseeing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination. Serve as the primary client liaison to lead presentations, facilitate approvals, and ensure design excellence within scope and timeline. Direct project teams, coordinate consultants, and maintain accountability for contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Requires 10 years of architectural experience with licensure preferred. Salary range $106,900 - $124,300. Located in Boston, MA.

Required Qualifications

  • minimum of ten (10) years of architectural and project management experience

  • ensure that design excellence is achieved within scope, timeline, and budget

  • lead presentations, facilitate approvals, and translate client goals into actionable strategies
  • direct and mentor project teams

  • coordinate consultants and stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery
  • manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders
  • maintain organized and accurate project documentation in line with firm standards
  • Professional degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of building codes, construction methods, and project delivery

Desired Qualifications

  • Architectural licensure preferred or in progress
