Job Summary
Oversee all phases of healthcare architecture projects from planning through construction administration, defining scope, schedules, and budgets while managing multiple simultaneous priorities. Lead multidisciplinary teams, review drawings and specifications for code compliance, and conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve field issues. Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships, presenting to stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality architectural solutions. Requires approximately 10-20% travel for project needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an architectural or construction environment, including managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and project management principles
- Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture, with a strong emphasis on healthcare projects
- Strong knowledge of healthcare design codes and regulations (e.g., FGI Guidelines, ADA, IBC)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities
- This role requires approximately 10-20% travel for project-related needs, including site visits, client meetings, and occasional industry events
