Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an architectural or construction environment, including managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and project management principles
- Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture, with a strong emphasis on healthcare projects
- Strong knowledge of healthcare design codes and regulations (e.g., FGI Guidelines, ADA, IBC)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities
- This role requires approximately 10-20% travel for project-related needs, including site visits, client meetings, and occasional industry events
