Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation through closure, defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements while driving execution using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to ensure effective communication and transparency. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, maintain rosters, and align business goals with engineers to ensure delivery meets agreed financials and SLAs. Monitor and report project progress to leadership and steering committees, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, governance, and regulatory requirements. This role is fully onsite at a customer location and requires 10–15 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale IT projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 10–15 years of proven experience in project management, delivering medium to large-scale IT/business projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- This role is fully onsite at customer location
