Job Summary
Project Manager for heavy industrial/overhead crane solutions leading lean manufacturing projects. Use Mission Control and Microsoft Project to plan, schedule, execute, and control projects per contract documents and the QMS, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and with high quality. Provide strong leadership of internal teams and external vendors, conduct kickoff and hyper-care meetings, manage submittals, change orders, risks, and opportunities, and verify material availability to satisfy production schedules. Role emphasizes PMI-based project management, Lean Six-Sigma practices, excellent communication, problem solving, and effective stakeholder coordination. Requires 3+ years PM experience, MS Office and MS Project proficiency, and desired PMP/CAPM, Bachelor’s degree, and lean-six-sigma credentials. Onsite, full-time schedule with occasional travel. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scheduler
- Microsoft Office experience with excellent Excel skills
- Microsoft Project scheduling experience; CCPM experience a plus
- PMP or CAPM Certification desired
- Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt (or higher) desired
- LEAN Manufacturing Experience a plus
- Proof of right to lawfully work in the United States required
