Project Manager - Heavy Duty Gas Turbine

Own project delivery end-to-end for Heavy Duty Gas Turbine scope, applying execution strategy to meet contract specifications, schedule, budget, and cash targets. Lead compliance and risk management by ensuring adherence to GE Vernova's Spirit & Letter, Golden Rules, local regulations, and EHS standards while managing permitting and authority interfaces. Drive commercial and claims management through claim strategies with customers, partners, contractors, and sub-suppliers. Manage schedule and project controls by developing, maintaining, and evolving the overall project schedule to optimize work and resolve issues proactively. Lead and inspire your team by communicating clear objectives and managing relationships across customers, partners, and subcontractors. Support subcontracting and procurement by contributing to construction subcontracting strategy and selecting main site subcontractors. Report and capture learnings by supporting the Project Director with progress and financial reporting, flagging key risks early, and capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement.
