Job Summary
Coordinate new project planning with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients while tracking completion, daily production rates, materials, and equipment usage. Interpret project specifications and drawings to ensure construction aligns with design, then manage scheduling, building maintenance, and budget maintenance throughout construction. Review AP invoices, monthly billings, timecards, and project projections for material, productivity, and manpower. Build relationships internally and externally while maintaining strict adherence to project documents and building requirements. This role requires 3-5 years of heavy civil experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with HCSS Software and Microsoft Project. Located in Gilbert AZ or Prineville OR with 20% travel, the position offers a salary of $125-$185k DOE, PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and a 5-year appreciation bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 year's minimum experience working on heavy civil projects
- Experience utilizing many layers of project documents to effectively comply with project building requirements
- Experience in PM, CM, or QC roles on large-scale power projects involving civil construction within the power industry
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with or willingness to be trained on HCSS Software (HeavyJob & HeavyBid)
- Experience with or willingness to be trained on Microsoft Project
- Must be a team player and willing to perform multiple duties as the need arises
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and a DVR acceptable to the company's insurance carrier
- Willing and able to work long hours and in varying conditions
- Must be available for 20% Travel
