Job Summary
Project Manager for Heavy Civil/Power Infrastructure based in Prineville, OR (travel up to 25% to sites nationwide). Responsibilities include project planning and coordination among internal departments, subcontractors, and clients; tracking progress, materials, equipment, and changes; interpreting project documents and drawings; scheduling and maintaining work; managing AP invoices and monthly billings; reviewing timecards and budgets; producing project projections; and building internal/external relationships. Requires 3-5 years on heavy civil projects and PM/CM/QC experience on large-scale power projects, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to be trained on HCSS HeavyJob/HeavyBid and Microsoft Project. Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively; able to pass drug screen and background check; willing to work long hours and in varying conditions. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years minimum experience on heavy civil projects
- Experience utilizing many layers of project documents to comply with project building requirements
- Experience in PM, CM, or QC roles on large-scale power projects involving civil construction
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office
- Experience with or willingness to be trained on HCSS Software (HeavyJob & HeavyBid)
- Experience with or willingness to be trained on Microsoft Project
- Must be a team player and willing to perform multiple duties as needed
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check
- Willing and able to work long hours and in varying conditions
- Subject to drug testing and background check
