Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and manage heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, developing schedules with the Superintendent and monitoring costs, forecasts, and budgets. Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors while managing scopes, purchase orders, and change orders. Partner with field leadership to ensure safe, efficient progress and resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality. Serve as the primary contact with owners, engineers, and stakeholders, preparing billings and tracking documentation. Support estimating and preconstruction activities as needed. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 3+ years managing civil projects, and proficiency with scheduling software. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 3+ years' experience managing civil construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, cost management, and engineering principles
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment
- Self-starter who works well collaboratively with both field and office teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- Heavy civil, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure construction experience preferred
- Experience with HCSS, scheduling software, and Vista
