Job Summary
Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule work with the Superintendent. Prepare regular, timely, and accurate billings for Owners while ensuring timely payment of subcontractor billings. Monitor, interpret, and forecast project cost reports to maintain positive cash flow, and lead meetings with internal and external parties to monitor team development. Submit project reports to the Area Manager and communicate with management regarding project progress and escalated risks. Requires 5-7 years of heavy civil experience and a construction-related degree. Salary range is $80,000 - $130,000.
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of Heavy Civil experience working on roads, bridges, earthworks, or similar projects
- construction related degree/diploma
- 5 - 8 years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- working knowledge of construction scopes and activities
- scheduling

- contract software
- ability to confidently mentor and delegate to a large team while developing and maintaining strong client relations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with structural piling, concrete work and tunneling is an asset
