Job Summary

Develop and maintain thorough understanding of all contract documents including plans, specifications, owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Manage project schedules, oversee long-term planning and execution, and establish project objectives, procedures, policies, and performance standards aligned with company goals. Coordinate communication across internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and consultants while preparing and negotiating contracts, revisions, and change orders with stakeholders. Prepare and submit project budgets, progress reports, and cost tracking reports. Plan, organize, and direct activities related to construction and infrastructure projects. Enforce safety standards and mitigate project risks across all scopes of work. Provide administrative direction to field Superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Oversee project lifecycle from mobilization through closeout. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required with 3–5+ years of experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in heavy civil or commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of heavy civil construction practices
  • Experience with construction software including Primavera P6, HeavyJob, Bluebeam, and CAD
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects in both public and private sectors
