Project Manager Heavy Civil Construction

Prepare and analyze project plans, specifications, contracts, costs, and schedules while managing subcontractors, suppliers, and client relations. Optimize project efficiency, negotiate subcontracts, and maintain documentation systems and cost controls. Oversee and mentor direct reporting from Project Engineers and Superintendents. This field-based role requires driving a company vehicle and includes a rotation of projects in or around Tucson, Arizona. Relocation is available for out-of-state candidates.
