Job Summary
Manage estimates, monitor Superintendent performance, and oversee change orders and billing for healthcare projects exceeding $20 million. Develop detailed schedules with critical paths, coordinate subcontractor performance, and conduct daily inspections to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Direct Project Engineers and Superintendents while maintaining client relationships and managing risk exposures. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of project management experience, and willingness to travel up to 85% across North America. This role sits on the Operations Career Ladder with opportunities to advance to Senior Project Manager or Project Director.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree related to the construction industry
- 5 years' experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities
- exposure to healthcare projects in excess of $20 million
- willing to travel to project locations anywhere across North America for extended periods of time (up to 85%)
