Job Summary
Execute all aspects of the design process and project complexities to ensure efficient execution within scope and budget. Manage project teams, foster collaboration, and communicate project information to clients, consultants, contractors, and sub-consultants. Utilize Deltek Project Management system to develop work plans, identify team members, track budgets, and manage schedules. Monitor construction administration, review work for accuracy and document compliance, and coordinate staffing resources with the Operations Director. Mentor staff and participate in marketing opportunities to develop client relationships. This role requires LEED GA certification within six months and an architectural or interior design license. Candidates must possess advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM, and construction contract administration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline required
- LEED GA within 6 months of hire
- Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design that interests you: LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House Institute Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation
- Architectural license or Interior Design license/certification
