Job Summary
Develop new clients, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and oversee daily construction site operations while ensuring safety compliance and quality specifications. Estimate projects, prepare bid proposals, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain budget controls and material delivery timelines. Chair client progress meetings, review submittals, and monitor Requests for Information and change proposals using Microsoft Project and Procore. Requires minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience with healthcare facilities and proficiency in reading detailed blueprints.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial construction
- Experience with healthcare projects
- Experience with corporate interiors
- Extensive knowledge of construction details including electrical, mechanical, and architectural aspects
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing construction projects over 10,000 sq. ft.
- Experience managing healthcare projects over 10,000 sq. ft.
- Strong capability in reading and interpreting detailed blueprints, including MEP drawings
- Familiarity with construction means and methods with a keen eye for quality and detail
- Willingness to travel
