Job Summary
Orchestrate all phases of project development from initial planning through final delivery for complex healthcare projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget requirements are met. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, foster collaboration across stakeholders, and implement robust QA/QC protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Cultivate strong client partnerships, participate in business development, and lead proposal development and contract negotiations to drive firm growth. Monitor project profitability, develop comprehensive budget proposals, and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize financial performance. Represent the firm in interviews and presentations while guiding diverse user groups through collaborative design processes. Requires 10+ years of healthcare project management experience, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and proficiency with Deltek VantagePoint and Bluebeam.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of demonstrated expertise in architecture and project management within healthcare environments
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven track record leading complex projects through design and construction phases
- Experience guiding diverse user groups through collaborative design processes
- Deep understanding of current construction methodologies and project delivery systems
- Advanced skills in project management software and digital collaboration tools
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Desired Qualifications
- OSHPD/HCAI experience highly valued
- Proficiency with industry-standard platforms (Deltek VantagePoint, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite preferred)
