Job Summary
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget from pre-design through construction administration while overseeing team members and assigning work. Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and internal staff to define roles, align expectations, and resolve issues. Establish project profitability using firm-wide tools, develop budgets and timelines, monitor financial progress, and handle monthly billing. Lead interactions with clients and consultants, support marketing activities including proposal writing, and participate in resource allocation planning. Ensure project quality control and adherence to firm standards while navigating code and agency issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent education in an AEC related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a professional office setting
- Demonstrated history of success in leading a team and managing one or more projects, including the ability to monitor, adjust and maintain scope, schedule, and budgets of projects
- Familiarity with multiple project delivery methods
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, including the ability to recognize and successfully navigate client and agency challenges and/or issues
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Deltek, BST, or similar software
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of Health Care and or Science/Technology a plus
