Job Summary
Project Manager for healthcare/hospital construction projects, serving as the main liaison between clients, design teams, consultants, and subcontractors; responsible for project administration, budgeting/forecasting, cost reporting, and financial controls; will develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with field staff, oversee change orders and subcontractor payments, ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, staffing, and risk management; required to manage multiple projects up to approximately $10M in value (or larger projects with a focus on financials, administration, and document management); role involves independent execution of PM duties and interface with field Superintendents on complex or logistically challenging projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial healthcare or hospital construction sector
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, including work in active or occupied Hospital environments
- Proven track record of managing healthcare projects from initiation to completion
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in reading and interpreting commercial construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety, 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification preferred
- 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certification preferred
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Procore, and Timberline (preferred but not required)
