Job Summary
Project Manager – Healthcare / Institutional Construction (Hybrid / Remote). Oversee full lifecycle of construction projects across Southern Ontario and potentially across Canada, coordinating projects, teams, and stakeholders. Key duties include reviewing drawings, specifications, and scopes; developing and maintaining project schedules; reviewing and leve ling trade pricing prior to issuing contracts and purchase orders; leading project meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining documentation including RFIs; managing budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting; reviewing and approving invoices to align with budgets; maintaining ongoing communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams; supporting conflict resolution and ensuring smooth project delivery; and overseeing project reporting and closeout documentation including O&M manuals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
- Experience delivering healthcare, institutional, or complex renovation projects is an asset
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with infection control standards is an asset
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
