Job Summary
Manage one or more projects through all phases, directing employees and consultants to ensure work is completed as planned, budgeted, scheduled, and in conformance with design intent. Lead project teams, foster collaborative relationships with the Project Leadership Team, and maintain positive client and consultant connections. Direct the preparation of project presentations, negotiate fees and contracts, and utilize the Deltek Project Management system to track budgets, schedules, and change notices. Incorporate integrated sustainable design solutions and monitor construction administration during the construction phase. Provide leadership through professional development coaching, mentoring staff, and defining project requirements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture with five years of management experience, with a Master's degree and licensure preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 5 years' experience in architectural practice
- management experience in all phases of projects through post-occupancy
- Licensed Architect with current registration in your region
