Project Manager - Healthcare

Assist in preparing project safety plans, quality plans, and closeout plans aligned with contract documents. Manage established risk mitigation processes, change items, and project controls while supporting subcontracting strategies and scope writing. Direct and supervise project administration, superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and enforce all contract aspects. Prepare monthly schedule updates, draft contracts, and participate in design coordination and constructability reviews. Train direct reports on procedures and manage their workload to ensure alignment with company standards. Foster an inclusive work environment by communicating strategy and motivating team members.
