Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for healthcare construction leading commercial mechanical HVAC projects in Houston. Responsibilities include managing all phases from planning to close-out, ensuring compliance with codes and hospital requirements, interpreting blueprints and shop drawings, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, communicating with clients and engineers, and monitoring budgets and schedules to deliver on time and on budget. Requires 5–10 years of HVAC project management experience in healthcare facilities, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with construction PM software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project); PMP certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of commercial mechanical HVAC project management experience (healthcare construction required)
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration products, systems, and installation methods
- Track record of success managing healthcare facility construction projects
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background, criminal, and drug screening
