Job Summary
Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction and data center-related projects from planning through closeout, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk management across hospitals, ambulatory care centers, and related facilities. Responsibilities include reading and applying complex project documents (agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, charters, surveys, drawings), defining client requirements, preparing scope of work and budgets, tracking progress against budgets and timelines, crafting action plans, implementing change management, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring SOX controls where applicable. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of recent healthcare construction/project management experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
