Job Summary
Negotiate, develop, and control project scope, schedules, and budgets while creating detailed work plans for architectural and engineering disciplines. Lead a multi-disciplined team through quality assurance and quality control procedures for construction drawings and specifications, forecasting revenue and monitoring performance. Coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, and building authorities to address constructability issues, acting as the primary liaison with the client to maintain close relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met. Manage project financials to determine necessary resources for successful execution.
