Job Summary
Negotiate, develop, monitor, and control project scope, work plans, schedules, and budgets across all stages. Create detailed work plans for architectural and engineering disciplines, allocate hours, and monitor progress while leading a multi-disciplinary team in quality assurance and control for construction drawings and specifications. Forecast revenue and manage project financials to ensure contractual commitments are met on time and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, and building authorities to address constructability issues and owner concerns, acting as the primary liaison with the client to maintain close relationships. Requires 10-15 years of project experience, including healthcare projects, and a strong understanding of project accounting.
