Job Summary

Lead planning, execution, and successful completion of high-impact operational projects to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency. Develop comprehensive plans including scope, timelines, dependency maps, and risk strategies, while coordinating resources and managing teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Act as the primary stakeholder contact, facilitating cross-departmental cooperation, managing recurring meeting cadences, and monitoring performance through metrics and dashboards. Identify process improvement opportunities, implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and lead change management for new initiatives. Prepare status reports, escalate risks with mitigation strategies, and ensure all documentation adheres to internal policies, HIPAA, and safety guidelines. Requires 4+ years of operations or strategy experience, proficiency in project management tools, and ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, strategy, business development, M&A, consulting, or project management related positions
  • Proven success in managing large teams and experience with complex projects
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, scheduling, and resource management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and the ability to influence without authority
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar) and data analysis
  • Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and protocols
  • Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and safety guidelines
  • Skill in analytics and problem-solving
  • Skill in written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Effective leadership and collaboration across diverse teams
  • Results-driven and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Strong ability to manage deadlines and expectations
  • Overnight travel up to 10% of time
  • Requires the use of office equipment, such as computers, fax machines, telephones and copiers

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma is a plus
