Job Summary
Hazardous Building Material/Industrial Hygiene Project Manager responsible for managing and performing a broad set of hazmat projects and industrial hygiene initiatives across New England, combining technical project execution with business development. Responsibilities include surveys, abatement/remediation design, and regulatory compliance; development of proposals with scopes, budgets and schedules; overseeing field activities to ensure alignment with contract scope, budget, and regulatory standards; preparing reports and technical memoranda; collaborating with licensed professionals and internal teams; identifying opportunities to increase project efficiencies and grow client relationships and contract opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS + 8 years of experience or equivalent
- Technical experience related to hazardous building material (asbestos, lead paint)
- Industrial hygiene, mold, or indoor air quality experience
- 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training
- EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector Certification
- New England State licenses/certifications pertaining to asbestos (MA, ME, NH, CT) or eligible to obtain
- Valid Driver’s License
- US Citizenship required
