Project Manager

Oversee all phases of capital projects and studies to ensure they meet schedules, budgets, and customer requirements. Secure and manage resources for project implementation from concept to start-up, directing the development of necessary engineering documents and coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance personnel. Collaborate with Project Controls to track progress, report deviations, and communicate future work projections while working with various organizations to develop execution strategies and ensure compliance with contractor agreements. Develop annual capital plans, manage expenditures, and evaluate project performance to promote best-value practices. Regularly evaluate and mitigate issues that create project risk, proactively anticipating problems and developing mitigation plans. This role requires a BA or BS degree (Engineering preferred), PMP or PE certification, and five years of experience in the EPC process. Relocation to the Kingsport, TN area is available for qualified candidates.
