Project Manager, Hardware

Job Summary
Lead the hardware project team to develop a modular platform for advanced vision and radar tracking technologies across multiple sports applications, translating customer needs into clear product requirements, driving platform modularity and feature reuse, coordinating with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, and ensuring timely delivery of hardware development from concept through production and field deployment. You will collaborate with mechanics, electronics, RF, optics, and software teams, manage resources and timelines, coordinate certifications (CE, FCC, UL), and communicate project status to senior management while mitigating hardware risks and aligning with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of project management experience in hardware product development
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP) and Agile principles
- Strong hardware engineering background (high speed electronic), preferably with RF systems experience and advanced camera technology
- Experience leading complex end-to-end product development projects across mechanics, electronics, RF, and embedded software
- Proven track record of bringing complex hardware products to market
- Proven ability to deliver robust, manufacturable, and serviceable products
- Experience with design verification and validation against specifications
- Strong understanding of requirements management and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
