Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for delivering medium-valued or moderately complex infrastructure projects from Morristown, NJ. Responsibilities include managing project delivery, project plans and resource requests, supervising project teams, tracking deliverables and finances, ensuring adherence to the Quality Management Plan and firm policies, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, preparing scopes, schedules, andBudgets, contributing to proposals, and fostering teamwork through effective work-sharing and collaboration with other business units. Requires a BS in Civil Engineering, PE license (NJ preferred), and 12+ years of engineering experience with a design focus; experience with NJDOT/NJTA and strong verbal/written communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering required
- PE License required (preferably in NJ)
- A minimum of twelve years of Engineering experience with a focus on design
- Past experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Deputy Project Manager or Design Manager
- Experience with local client base such as NJDOT, NJTA
- Ability to work effectively as part of a design team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
