Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of marketing projects for H&M Group, including store openings/closures, omni-channel communication initiatives, and global test implementations. Set objectives, timelines, and budgets; monitor milestones and KPIs; manage cross-functional collaboration and coordinate with the CRM & Loyalty teams. Act as point of contact for Customer Service and Store teams to support day-to-day operations, and oversee external partners and contracts to ensure high-quality project delivery. Requires 7+ years of project management experience in marketing or communications, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, analytical, KPI-driven mindset, and fluency in English and local language.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management within marketing or communications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in both digital and traditional channels
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and results-driven, with experience using KPIs to track project impact
- Fluent in English and local language(s)
- Experience managing agencies and creative talent
