Job Summary
Drive hardware manufacturing projects from planning through production release, keeping engineering, operations, and manufacturing partners aligned. Manage priorities, track progress, and remove delivery risks before they become blockers while working across hardware, software, systems, and operations teams. Collaborate closely with engineers, development managers, programme managers, and external partners to deliver complex programmes with clarity and confidence. You will apply project management methodologies and tools to identify the most appropriate approach for each project. Join the Manufacturing Technology team within Manufacturing Operations to develop and maintain manufacturing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level education or equivalent relevant industry experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a technical project management role within multi-functional teams
- Strong project management skills with ability to draw on experience of different methodologies (eg waterfall, scrum, agile etc) to identify the most appropriate method for the project
- Working knowledge of project/programme management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project etc
- Experience working in global environments with international partners
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage dependencies and competing priorities
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and effective in fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience of PCBA manufacturing and test processes
- Experience in working with leading edge suppliers in PCBA and system level manufacturing supply chain
