Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the safety, quality, production, and successful completion of assigned projects. Essential responsibilities include monitoring field safety practices, enforcing contractual compliance, managing relationships with project teams, planning and executing work, leading supplier engagement, managing business processes for compliance, and maintaining project documentation and controls. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong PM software knowledge, and the ability to mitigate risks and ensure quality management.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional communication style
- Ability to breakdown construction operations into a logical sequence of activities
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Strong industry experience specific to construction or equivalent knowledge
- Experience with typical PM software tools, including Bluebeam Revu, Excel, AutoCAD, BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), MS Project, P6, Google Earth, Google Drive, MS Teams.
