Job Summary
Assist in preparing project safety plans, quality plans, and closeout plans aligned with contract documents while managing established risk mitigation processes. Direct and supervise project administration, superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities, oversee subcontracting strategy, and implement contract aspects including insurance, bonds, and compliance tracking. Create and follow through on change items, verify financial forecasts, prepare monthly schedule updates, and train direct reports on daily tasks and procedures. Manage workload and performance of the team to ensure alignment with company standards while fostering an inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 4-7 years of experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standard software
- Microsoft Office
