Job Summary
Oversee commercial security systems projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, codes, and quality standards. Lead and support field operations while collaborating with sales, engineering, and installation staff. Manage all phases of projects including scheduling technicians, coordinating materials, and maintaining clear customer communication. Ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timelines; provide leadership and technical support to field and engineering teams; track work in progress, project schedules, and forecasting. Serve as primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders; conduct site visits with sales and installation teams; review blueprints and project specifications for proposals and installations; oversee change orders; monitor and report on project financial performance; participate in weekly project management meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Technical certifications, PMP certification, or an Associate’s degree in Project Management (or related field)
- 2–5 years of commercial project management experience in security systems and access control
- Hands-on experience with BOSCH security systems strongly preferred
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid knowledge of security, access control, and fire alarm systems
