Job Summary
Leads and manages various meetings and project teams, overseeing project budget, risk management, and contract administration. Implements effective strategies for risk mitigation, fosters a collaborative team environment, and ensures quality project delivery within budget and timelines. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management, 7 years of commercial construction experience, and proficiency in project management and office software. Responsible for mentoring team members and maintaining client relationships, while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management or related field
- Minimum 7 years of commercial construction experience
- Proficient in project management software, PROCORE preferred
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge and use of ASTA

- Verifiable work references
- Successful completion of post-offer background & drug screens
