Job Summary
Lead assigned projects from handover to closure, managing both technical and commercial aspects; monitor KPIs such as sales, forecast accuracy, margin, on-time delivery, invoicing, and cash collection; ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal processes; maintain clear communication with internal departments; engage with customers, partners, contractors, and consultants to align on project status; track third-party obligations; identify and manage project risks and opportunities; deliver milestones on schedule to minimize liquidated damages; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; supervise preparation and submission of customer documentation and ensure EHS compliance; relocate and country-specific requirements are not needed beyond stated travel and residency in Istanbul and Kocaeli.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, industrial engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or field operations in the transformer or energy sector
- Strong verbal and written skills in English and native Turkish
- The ability to travel abroad; less than 10% travel
- Ability to live in Istanbul & Kocaeli
