Project Manager/General Practitioner

Plan, manage, and oversee holistic healthcare and physical readiness projects from initiation to completion. Lead, coordinate, and supervise multidisciplinary teams including dietitians, physiotherapists, sports scientists, and psychologists to deliver integrated services. Ensure project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while monitoring performance, analyzing data, and addressing operational and clinical challenges. Prepare presentations for stakeholders and senior management, coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and health outcomes. The role requires an Emirati national with a medical degree and valid HAAD license, minimum two years of experience, and ability to commute across Ajman, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, and Liwa.
