Job Summary
Manage multiple construction projects providing overall direction and administrative oversight. Perform duties related to operational excellence including subcontractor management, financial forecasting, and client relationship optimization. Mentor project engineers and oversee their performance reviews. Familiarity with technical software such as Primavera, AutoCAD, and Sage Timberline is beneficial. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year BS degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of construction experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to establish collaborative relationships with clients
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to read and interpret complex documents
- Ability to write effectively
- Ability to make persuasive speeches and presentations on complex topics
Desired Qualifications
- LEED certification
- PE certification
- ICRA/Healthcare Construction Certificates
- Experience in labor negotiations
- Membership in a professional or community organization
