Job Summary

Oversee multiple job sites and manage projects through all phases of construction from preconstruction to closeout. Develop and execute project work plans, schedules, and resource strategies while managing budgets, estimating, and change order pricing. Coordinate subcontractors, review architectural and engineering drawings, and administer contracts and permits. Lead project teams including Project Engineers, identify risks and disputes, and monitor progress through status meetings. Communicate regularly with owners, architects, and stakeholders regarding project status. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Science with minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects. Salary ranges from $110K to $197K with discretionary bonus potential.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing or supporting increasingly complex construction projects
  • Proven ability to develop accurate project estimates and pricing reports
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines under pressure
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to drive projects to completion while maintaining quality, safety, and profitability
