Job Summary
Plan, organize, and direct construction projects from preconstruction through completion, establishing objectives, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate activities with field leadership, clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure progress aligns with plans, specifications, and cost controls. Manage procurement, change orders, and contract compliance while monitoring risks and implementing corrective actions. Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and quality standards, leading closeout activities including punch lists and final inspections. Serve as the primary company representative for assigned luxury residential developments in the Bahamas and Caribbean.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong background in custom and luxury residential construction
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and procurement
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, sequencing, and project coordination
- Ability and willingness to relocate to or work from Nassau, Bahamas, with travel to project locations as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with high-end custom homes and luxury residential developments
- Experience managing complex projects in resort, hospitality, or private estate environments
- International or Caribbean construction experience
- Experience with remote, island, or logistically challenging construction projects
- Experience coordinating projects involving imported materials, specialized vendors, and complex transportation logistics
- Candidates who have successfully managed sophisticated residential projects with demanding clients and exceptionally high standards of quality
