Job Summary
Oversee projects from start to finish, managing schedules, budgets, and quality control while reviewing subcontractor proposals, scopes, and change orders. Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, reports, and inventories, and coordinate with leadership on scope, buy-outs, and reserves. Perform billing reviews, audits, and invoicing, monitoring risks to address schedule or budget issues proactively. Respond to on-call needs and manage technician and subcontractor availability 24/7, filling in for hands-on tasks as needed. Lead with precision to keep budgets, profit margins, and timelines on track while fostering clear communication across leadership, clients, and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years as Assistant Project Manager
- Skilled in construction drawings, specs, and take-offs
- Supervised 2+ Area Wide Events
- Experience in DR or GC
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 7+ current industry certifications
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
